2012 ad Deadlines for all 6 issues are:
12/15/11 for the January issue, 2/15/12 for March, 4/15/12 for May, 6/15/12 for July, 8/15/12 for September, and 10/15/12 for November.

File Formats accepted: .jpg, .gif, .tif, .eps, .psd, and
high-resolution .pdf documents.

Ad resolutions: Ads need to be 300 dpi in any of the formats listed above.

Additional charges: Ads requiring typesetting, size changing or design work will be charged an additional $30 or more.
