NODPA News is published bi-monthly (January, March, May, July, September and November) and goes out to over 2500 subscribing members, with a high concentration in the Northeast and upper Midwest. It is also distributed at many conferences and educational events throughout the year. Our subscribers are organic and transitioning dairy producers, resource individuals, businesses serving the needs of the organic dairy producer and consumers wanting to learn more about (and support!) the food that they eat. The deadline for advertising in the March NODPA Newsletter is February 16.

2009 Advertising costs per issue are as follows:

1/8 page ad (3.5" w x 2.25 " h) =  $60.00

1/4 page ad (3.5" w x 4.75 " h) =  $130.00

1/2 page ad (7.5" w x 4.5 " h) =  $230.00

Full page ad  (8”w x 10.25” h) =  $450.00

• Classified Ads: $10 for the first 30 words; $0.10 per word over 30
• Ads requiring typesetting, size changing or design work will be charged an additional $30 or more
• Ads need to be 300 dpi in one of the following file formats: .jpg, .gif, .tif, .eps, .psd

Deadline for 2009 ads are February 16, April 17, June 15, August 17 and October 16. Newsletters are published 2-3 weeks following the ad deadlines.
